An NYPD sergeant has been charged after allegedly throwing semen on a female co-worker. The New York Daily News reports that 54-year-old Sgt. Michael Iscenko is facing facing misdemeanor sex abuse charges in the attack, which took place in a freight elevator at 1 Police Plaza on January 23.
The victim reported the incident immediately after it happened, according to police sources. It was unclear whether or not she was a police officer or a civilian employee.
The substance in question was later test and confirmed to be semen, but unclear if the semen was Iscenko’s or not. Iscenko had previously told the co-worker he liked her..
