With just a week left until Valentine’s Day has everyone in their feelings, Nike is making sure the lovers out there are getting something fresher than flowers this time around with a special V-Day AF1 colorway arriving this week.
The classic sneaker silhouette gets decked out in a pinkish “Bleached Coral” hue on the upper, with black accents popping up on the outsole, tongue tab, heel and signature Swoosh logo. While a rich dark brown would’ve probably suited the theme better — you know, to represent a box of chocolates — the hints of black allow for a stark balance that especially makes for a clean finish next to the crisp white midsole. Props to Nike for cooking up something that singles and couples alike can indulge in for the holiday at hand.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Valentine’s Day” drops this Saturday (February 9) at select retailers like Titolo, who also provided the love-laced set of images below:
