“Drunk In Love” Producer Loses First in Multiple Rape Lawsuits Filed Against Him

In a follow-up to the explosive sexual assault allegations aimed at GRAMMY-winning producer Noel “Detail” Fisher that we reported on last year, the disgraced hitmaker has officially been ordered by LA Superior Court to pay up in one of the rape lawsuits filed against him.

Kristina Buch, a model represented by LA Models (seen above), was awarded $15 million USD in her suit where she accuses Detail of rape, sexual abuse and emotional abuse as well. As Associated Press reports, Buch’s suit gives background as far back as 2016, the year she says they met at a recording studio. A musical relationship ensued, with Buch under the impression that Detail would help her out with a budding singing career. Unfortunately, he became abusive, aggressive and eventually demanded sex in exchange for his production. When she refused, that’s when she claims the “Drunk In Love” co-writer raped her.

The ruling was made on Wednesday (September 25) as a default judgement since Fisher and his legal team never responded to the original subpoena Kristina Buch filed back in 2018.

Sadly, she’s just one of six women who’ve made similar allegations against him, with two former assistants also pursuing lawsuits. Fisher of course stands by his innocence in official court documents, also stating that all of this has made it impossible for him to work and even led to his eviction. Unfortunately for him, the other two additional lawsuits are reportedly en route to default status as well.
