The Journal detailed The Warriors were the recipient of the honor due to their success on the court, building an opening a new arena and a variety of business categories. But if you ask fans, the Warriors may only have one ring instead of three without the assistance of Durant.

KD joined the Warriors after the 2016 NBA Finals which saw LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers do the impossible and come back from down 3-1 to win the ship. The Warriors added Durant and would beat James and the Cavs in the finals in the next two finals. KD was also the MVP for both of those teams. Last year, he was injured attempting to carry the Warriors to another championship against the Toronto Raptors, which they lost without his help.

In the video, you will see the last years of the Warriors led by Don Nelson, fan-favorite Monta Ellis, Jarrett Jack, the hiring of Steve Kerr, former Finals MVP Andre Iguodala, of course, the Big 3 of Stephen Curry, Draymond Green and Klay Thompson, and more, but not a single frame of Durant.
