At the end of the movie, Rico said that he wasn’t snitching on anyone from Harlem because when he comes home, “I’m still gonna be the king.”

Martinez came home in 2015 from federal prison after being sentenced to 35 years for drug charges, 14 counts of murder and conspiracy to commit murder. Most notably, he was accused of killing his former friend Rich Porter, another famous Harlem money getter, for allegedly overcharging him for wholesale amounts of cocaine.

Martinez was spotted in his hometown receiving the reception of a king in Harlem, as he was greeted with hugs, smiles, and pictures.
