AD, Westbrook, and the Lakers will be the prime-time attraction as they welcome James Harden and Kyrie Irving to Staples Center. That game will feature seven Kia MVP trophies and eight championship rings for one star-studded affair.

Both the Lakers and Nets had their seasons cut shorter than they planned due to injury. The Nets took an L to the eventual-champion Milwaukee Bucks after Durant played without Irving and with a hobbled Harden. The story is nearly similar for the Lakers as LeBron James returned from an injury but did not have a healthy Anthony Davis. His Lakers fell to the Western Conference champion Phoenix Suns. The game will also feature the league’s two biggest markets and be King James’ 15th Christmas Day game.

Speaking of the Suns, right before the Lakers and Nets, Chris Paul and Devin Booker will host Stephen Curry and a returning Klay Thompson in the Valley of the Sun. The Milwaukee Bucks will bring in the adjusted Boston Celtics to their home arena. The last game will feature Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks against Donovan Mitchell and the Utah Jazz.
