It’s hard to think of a rapper who puts out more music than Young Thug and who’s had a lot of it leak. Out of the various tracks Thugga releases, one of those is always sure to be a banger. Maybe the same can be said for his upcoming mixtape, titled Jeferey.
In March this year, Young Thug released Slime Season 3. “With Them” was a track that Thug previewed earlier this year at Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 3. After the snippet of that song, the world knew it was time for Thug to release a project. He can never stay away from the scene too long, before he makes himself more known than he already is.
He’s been confirmed to be a feature on Gucci Mane‘s Everybody Looking album, coming July 22. The song is titled “Guwop Home,” sitting as track number seven on the album. As much praise as Thug gave Gucci while locked away, the two are likely to have a slew of hits coming our way.
There’s no telling what to expect with Young Thug’s projects. Sometimes there’s a hidden gem that has the chance to go platinum [similar to “Best Friend“] and other times we get bangers that aren’t hits but are cool for the moment. What we’re offered is a snippet of what he’s working on.
