Tinker Hatfield, the man, myth and legend behind some of our favorite Air Jordan silhouettes, is getting the official nod from Nike with the upcoming Air Jordan 8 Tinker “Air Raid” colorway.
Featuring a silhouette that Tinker himself designed was one thing, but incorporating details from the classic ’90s Air Raid silhouette definitely takes this one to the ultimate next level. The shoe opts for an all-black upper, with vibrant pops of color dispersed throughout — “Light Concord,” “University Red,” orange and a clean “Aloe Verde” hue that takes over the entire insole lining are the signature colors seen here. As with most Jordan drops that release for the holiday season, this one is sure to pop up on a ton of holiday shopping lists once we really get into the Christmas shopping season.
