LunchMoney Lewis has been a force in your ears for some time. After penning “Tap In” for Saweetie and assisting the City Girls on “Pony,” the global pen is gearing up for the release of his forthcoming album with the single “Cheat.”
The Grammy-nominated triple threat brings in the instrumentation of Halatrax and Phil Phever for the single putting on display both his artistry with a pen and vocals. The single is the first listen of the A Good Time For No Reason Album.
“Cheat is a record I did for fun that turned into a good idea. I like making people dance about things that are traditionally taboo. it’s a song you can 2-step to with your wife or girl and just forget about life worries, at least for a moment,” Lewis said of the single.
