Yes, you read that right. If getting likes on your latest selfie isn’t doing it for you anymore, you can raise the bar even higher now with your own personal stalker for the day.

The service Follower, provides a “no-hassle unseen companion, someone that watches, someone that sees you, someone who cares.”

Following an application process which asks you why you want to be followed and why you in particular should be followed, you are given an iPhone app to download and then told to await your following.

The Follower website explains that “your Follower will be with you all day—within your consciousness but just beyond your sight—following, observing, appreciating each moment, without interfering. At the end of the day, you will be notified that your following has ended. Your Follower will leave you with one photo to remember.”

However, if you are more the voyeur type, you can apply to stalk people as well.

Currently only offered in New York City, creator Lauren McCarthy calls this an art project, and plans to expand soon. Check out the Follower’s promo video below.
