A visual and a statement like this sets the tone creatively for Skiiiwalker. The video also shows TDE’s willingness to push him as an act that’s willing to push the envelope, and it ultimately shows that he fits right in with TDE. Let’s be honest, having an entire video without you appearing in it once seems like a TDE move for sure. Even from the ambiguous nature in which Swiiiwalker was signed to TDE, everything ties into the overall mission of what they’re trying to convey for him as an artist.

Lance Skiiiwalker drops a video, doesn’t show himself, and the anticipation grows. The art of less being more. We’ve seen Skiiiwalker before, we know how he looks, but this video can be seen as symbolism for his mysterious nature, and it’s a cool element.
