The first single—despite being officially released three weeks after the album—from Yeezus sports a soccer movie-esque instrumental, a very screamy Kanye West and climactic drumrolls. What you don’t get, is the nice Kanye (if one even exists). You get the viciously dissatisfied label boss who doesn’t understand why the people he sends out in the field don’t take the opportunity to talk like this on their own. “Stop all that coon shit/early morning cartoon shit.” Well damn, what’s the magic word Kanye.
