4. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Very few series have been revamped as many times as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The foursome began as a comic book that was later adapted to a cartoon series, then a video game, then a movie, then another television show, and the list goes on.  The newest take on the the shelled, pizza-fueled heroes will be a live-action film directed by Jonathan Liebesman (Battle: Los Angeles, Wrath of the Titans) and  produced by Michael Bay, so be prepared for a ton of explosions, intense fight scenes and amazing CGI. Megan Fox will also reunite with Michael Bay after leaving the Transformers movie series, taking the female lead as April O’Neil. We’ll see if this incarnation of Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo live up to the canon.
