DJ Mustard
Besides winning Most Ironic Project Name Of The Year, DJ Mustard had the inner dance freak in all of us wiling out with this one (don’t lie). He combined his signature doing-the-most-with-the-least, twerk friendly production with most of the West coast staples in the game right now. But then halfway through, Mustard proves that he can let his more sensitive side come through the samples (“Nothin Like Me,” “F*ck That N*gga”). Since it dropped, I’m just surprised I haven’t found a club that serves a mixed drink called the Mustard with a side of Ketchup.
