It’s been two years since we last heard a full project from Top Dawg’s Underdog, during that time Ab-Soul’s bark still left the industry excited, as he destroyed multiple featured appearances. Control System was one of 2012’s top releases, and definitely left an impression on listeners around the country. While all of TDE is preparing to drop albums next year, Soul’s unique brand of socially conscious blunted conspiracy theory style rhymes helps separate him from the pack. His complex lyrical ability doesn’t hurt him either, in fact we are excited to unpack his upcoming verses.
